(1) If any property is acquired under section 3, the owner or any other person using it shall hand over or release the property to the officer specified in the notice within 15 days from the date of receiving the notice. The Government of Nepal can issue an order in the form of a written notification in the name of the rich or the person who practices it.
(2) If any person refuses to comply with any order issued under sub-section (1) or violates the same, the authorized officer may also use necessary force to seize the property.
